Snapchat is a mobile app that allows users to send ephemeral images. The user can take photos of anything and set a timer on the photo of when it will expire. Snapchat has filters, drawing capabilities, and captions which you can add to the photo. Once the user is satisfied with the photo, they can either send the photo to friend(s) or post it to their storyboard. The appeal of the app is that once a photo's timer is up...the photo is deleted and is gone forever.

Another person who use Snapchat for the assignment! Must I say very brilliant idea. I created my virtual me for my assignment when I am using snapchat with my friend. I really did not think of that. How stupid of me! Snapchat is very fun and cute. I like the face-swap one. :)
ReplyDeleteHa I loved that you used snapchat for this assignment. I think it's such an interesting app because the reason the creator made it in the first place is because he wanted to pictures he sent his girlfriend to disappear once she saw them. It's funny too because this app is really and truly how I keep up with my friends because you basically know what they're doing all the time (in a less creepy way than how it sounds)
